By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

A. Equity Flex  

We provide comprehensive credit repair assistance along with tiered membership plans that entail:  

- Credit Report Analysis: Reviewing and identifying errors or inaccuracies  

- Dispute Assistance: Filing disputes with credit bureaus on behalf of clients  

- Financial Consultation: Expert guidance on improving credit scores  

- Tiered Memberships: Access to services based on selected membership level  

B. DGM Tax University (Tax Preparer Education & Support)  

We offer cutting-edge educational programs and resources designed for tax professionals, such as:  

- Comprehensive Courses: In-depth training on U.S. tax preparation, compliance, and best practices  

- Certification & Support: Assisting professionals in becoming certified tax preparers  

- Business Development Assistance: Guidance on launching a successful tax preparation business  

3. Eligibility & Account Registration  

To utilize our services, you must:  

- Be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your state)  

- Provide accurate and truthful information when signing up  

- Comply with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations  

4. Fees, Payment & Refund Policy  

A. Subscription & Service Fees  

Fees vary based on membership tier. Payment must be made via secure online transactions (credit/debit cards, ACH, etc.). Subscription fees for our credit repair services are non-refundable.  

B. Refund Policy for Educational Services  

Refunds for tax preparation courses are subject to the following conditions:  

- Full Refund: Within 7 days of enrollment, provided no coursework has been completed  

- Partial Refund: After 7 days, only for exceptional circumstances  

- No Refunds: After course completion or certification issuance  

5. Credit Repair Legal Disclosures (CROA Compliance)  

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), we:  

- Cannot guarantee credit score improvement  

- Do not remove accurate negative items from credit reports  

- Will not charge upfront fees—all fees are for services already rendered  

- Provide written contracts outlining specific services  

6. Prohibited Activities  

Users must not:  

- Provide false or misleading information when enrolling  

- Engage in fraudulent activities, including tax evasion or credit fraud  

- Use our educational materials for unauthorized resale  

- Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt our services  

7. Privacy & Data Security  

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key protections include:  

- SSL encryption for secure transactions  

- Restricted access to personal financial and educational records  

- No unauthorized data sharing  

8. Intellectual Property & Course Usage  

All content, including course materials, training videos, and templates, is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without prior authorization.  

9. Limitation of Liability  

We are not responsible for:  

- Unexpected credit score outcomes resulting from dispute processes  

- Financial losses related to incorrect tax filings  

- Any third-party actions, such as credit bureau responses or regulatory decisions  

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law  

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through:  

- Binding arbitration in accordance with U.S. arbitration laws  

- Legal proceedings governed by the laws of Florida.  

11. Messaging Terms & Conditions  

You agree to receive informational messages, appointment reminders, account notifications, etc., from Baldwins Consulting. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@baldwinsconsulting.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.  

12. Changes to Terms  

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
